Korp product promo — incorporation and compliance in one account

In 2023 I tried to start a business in the Philippines and hit the first wall immediately: getting registered. That friction became Korp — an online incorporation and compliance platform I now help run between Paris and Manila, leading product, design, development, and GTM.
01 · Origin
In 2023 I wanted to incorporate in the Philippines. The first struggle wasn’t capital or customers — it was registration itself: SEC, BIR, LGU, endless follow-ups, and no clear status. That personal friction is why Korp exists. Today I help manage the company between Paris and Manila, staying close to both product and the founders we serve.
02 · Approach
We built Korp as a product company, not a brochure site: a guided intake for incorporation, a live request tracker, compliance calendar, document vault, and Korp ASK — an AI assistant grounded in the company’s own records. Alongside the product and marketing surface, I created a full design system for the platform so specialists and founders share one coherent interface language.
03 · Outcome
A coherent brand, design system, and product story across marketing and platform: clear service packaging for Filipino and foreign founders, transparent pricing, and a single account where every step, document, and deadline lives after incorporation.
